So today, I wanna share super dee duper simple pancake recipe.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1/8 cup hot water (as much as needed)

Methods :
1. Beat the eggs together with brown sugar, honey and oils until fluffy.
2. Next, sift the flour on the egg mixture. Mix well.
3. Add in the hotwater until you get the right consistency. The batter shouldn't be too thin or too thick.
4. Heat up the pan .. or in my case, I use the electric mini cake pan.

5. Grease the pan with some oil before you put the batter in.
Finally, voila... ready to be eaten. Sedap.. (Selamat mencuba!)
